what tool can change millage in BMW FRM3 Module?

hello ,
i try to write with kess and fgtech tools obd 2 models ECUs of ssangyong cars but after write mod files i noticed no changes so i make read and i found writing never hapend so i think the ecu need mode write to get access at internal flash 
any 1 have experiance i realy appreciate any help

Hello all members.

Look at this crap file that i pay 80 EUR from our member SSAutoPerformance:



I have contacted him, because he said his maps are all tested etc.. work best with bmw and i believe him 
Told him i have customer where someone already done DPF off, but poorly, car from idle to cca 2100 rpm goes lame, and after 2100 RPM when turbo kickes in, car goes fine.
Also told him customer don't have ori file, only this file which i download from the car with MPPS.

No problem to him, he can fix this problem - Proper DPF off + stage 1 - i have pay him 80 EUR via paypal!
After 25 min later, he send me file, all is done, only to be carefull when i upload file with MPPS

I almost f... up customer car with his crap file. Thank God i can compare files with Winols, i have told customer i can't fix his car.

Beware all members, he is only forward guy to Swiftech,  ADS DPF EGR Remover, etc...
