I found the software it called also VAG-Prog VIP in market here is info --->

VAG Prog 1.20 VIP edition
Features:
• Integrated OBD2 connector
• Indication LED`s for K-Lines
• VIP Edition with much more features than the normal edition
• Can work as KKL Interface with 3rd party software also
Functions:
• diagnostics (incl. airbag feature etc.)
• dashboard correction / adjustment
• imob. programming / reprogramming.
Workable Model:
• almost all VW (Volkswagen and compatible) VDO dashes until 2004
(used in B5, B6, some Audi, Seat, Skoda Fabia, Octavia,Sharan, Galaxy, Alhambra)
• also can handle Magneti Marelli dashes
• all VW Modells that communicate by K-Line and have IMO in Dashboard.

In the formation institute that I work I have a POLO 1.2TSI with engine CJZC engine whose UCE is cod VW "04E 907 309 AF" Bosch code "0 261 S09 531" MOTRONIC ME17.5.26
In addition VW Navarra has given us several UCE codes VW "04C 907 309 J" Bosch Code "0 261 S09 676" .MOTRONIC ME17.5.25
I would like to know if it is possible to clone the UCE of the car to the UCE that they have given us?
I sense that the UCE they have given us are virgin since they have never been installed in a car
Would it be cloned by OBD or by BDM?

Salutare băieți,
Am o problemă cu un Opel corsa D din 2011 a fost înlocuit modulul Abs și ca și eroarea mea C0551 fără nici o specificație din ceea ce am găsit este nevoie de programare VIN serie în modul.
Am făcut acest lucru cu un original original, ștergeți eroarea dar apare din nou atunci când puneți contactul, am verificat dacă rămâne o serie de VIN scris în modul și este.
ATI mai întâlnit se poate să fie scăpat eu ceva ??

Actia driver install for Diagbox. If you got problems with the driver here you can find the driver install software from Actia. Install the driver then connect the VCI. Only tested for Diagbox. In most cases there are no problems to find the driver after the installation of Diagbox. In a few cases I got problems. With this soft the driver installation works very good.
