Dear all,

I having problem to diagnose Cylinder balancing or compression which show error of code 10007 (After I click RESET) that need to update the software. FYI, the Techtool that I using now is version 2.5.87 (have updated to the latest) with updated APCI DTR and OTD 02.01.2018 (download from this forum).

The truck that I connected is Volvo FM440 version 4. Other version 1 ~ 3 are no problem at all but not this any version 4. Please advise and help

I got a MAN TGA 18.440 Euro4 with broken EGT sensor. China EGT sensors dies in 10000km.
ECU: EDC7C32
DTC: EDC 3792-10 or SPN:3792 FMI 10

Truck burns 12l/100km more fuel and lost some power.

2000-2006
1. Turn the ignition from OFF to RUN 4 times within 6 seconds.
2. Turn the ignition OFF. The system will chime to confirm programming mode.
3. Within 20 seconds, press any button on first keyless remote.
The system will chime once to confirm programming.
4. Within 20 seconds, press any button on second keyless remote.
System will chime once to confirm programming.
5. Turn ignition to RUN to exit programming mode.
2007
Obtain all remote transmitters for this vehicle.
1. Fasten seat belts and close all doors.
2. Turn ignition from OFF to RUN 4 times within 6 seconds, with the 4th time ending in RUN. (Off is the position where you can remove your key, RUN is the position just shy of starting your car).
3. Turn ignition to OFF. Acoustic signal will sound to confirm programming mode.
4. Within 10 seconds, press and hold any button on the first keyless remote. Wait for acoustic sound and warning lamp to flash (confirming programming) then release button on remote. Wait 2 seconds but within 10 seconds Repeat step 4. for all other remotes. If you only have one remote then continue to step 5.
5. Turn ignition to RUN or wait 10 seconds to end programming mode.
2008-2010
1. Turn ignition from OFF to RUN 8 times within 10 seconds, with the 8th time ending in
RUN. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming mode.
2. Within 20 seconds press any button on first keyless remote. Door locks will cycle
to confirm programming.
3. Within 20 seconds, press any button on second keyless remote. Door locks will
cycle again to confirm programming.
4. Turn ignition to OFF. Locks will again cycle to indicate end of programming mode.
2010-
1. Insert the key in the ignition.
2. Cycle the key from position 0 to II and then back to 0 four times within six seconds.
3. Leave the key in position 0 and press any button on the remote control within 10 seconds. You will receive confirmation via a chime or LED that programming has been successful.
Note: Further remote controls may be programmed at this stage.
4. Press any button on each additional remote control within 10 seconds of each other.

2010-

1. Insert the first previously programmed coded key into the ignition.
   
2. Switch the ignition from off to on. Keep the ignition on for at least three seconds, but no more than 10 seconds.
   
3. Switch the ignition off and remove the first coded key from the ignition.
   
4. After three seconds but within 10seconds of switching the ignition off, insert the second previously coded key into the ignition.
   
5. Switch the ignition from off to on. Keep the ignition on for at least three seconds, but no more than 10 seconds.
   
6. Switch the ignition off and remove the second previously programmed coded key from the ignition.
   
7. After three seconds but within 10 seconds of switching the ignition off and removing the previously programmed coded key, insert the new unprogrammed key into the ignition.
   
8. Switch the ignition from off to on. Keep the ignition on for at least six seconds.
   
9. Remove the newly programmed coded key from the ignition.

Hi everyone. have Vectra with z18xe 
customer say that after timing belt changing car is not working normaly.
when car cold start not very well, looks like that some cylinders is misfiring or ignition is not okay 
when car heat up its starts to be more bad then cold. revs up until aprox 4000 rpm. misfirng badly and etc. 
but if disconect temp sensor, car starts up easy. on idle starts to run better and then can rev up fully.

timing belt checked 
camshaft sensor replaced 
crankshaft sensor replaced
ignition coil replaced
maf replaced

time after time have p0340 and p0170 dtc.

have read alot threads and cant find solution for this problem. maybe some one can help ?
