Hey guys, having trouble with starting a ford S-Max 2.0 flexifuel, model year 2008, engine code TBWA. No codes in the ECM so I took out plugs to check if there is spark (there was),but cylinders were full of petrol, so I turned the engine over without the plugs in, and injectors unpluged, let it driy out for like an half an hour, also cleaned the plugs with a wire brush, as they were a little black. After everyting back in the engine started firing up after a bit of cranking, but the idle was very poor, it was sputtering, touched the gas pedal, and it was alright, but idle was still rough. I let it idle till it got to the working temperature, and it normalized, warm starting was also ok, plugged diagnostic on it, and there was o2 sensor codes, rich condition. B1S1 sensor in the live data was around 0.7V all the time. Left it like that that day. The other day it started but idle was rough. Now there was lean o2 sensor codes. Cleaned the throttle body. Now it looked allright, idle was normal, took it for a test drive, everything seemed fine, but just when I came back, put diagnostic on it too see if there is any codes, rough idle come back, rpm jumps down, it seems like its gonna stall, but it doesn't. Let idle for a little while, and since then for a few days there was no more lean/rich codes, except its hard to start the car. Especially in the morning. temperature was around -14C. The spark plugs are all wet, and there plenty of fuel in the cylinders, think thats because of me pushing throttle pedal to let some air in, because sometimes it helps i think. So I was thinking there was something to do with the fuel pressure gouing too high. I connected fuel gauge to the fuel rail and there was around 3.7-3.9 bars when its cranking. After drying the cylinders and cleaning the cylinders hardly but it starts and runs fine then. But Today it was around -14C and the battery was compeltly dead, and now i cant it get started even with a booster and a charged battery in it. After cranking took plugs out again, and now its only 1st cylinder full of petrol. So here where I am right now. Any ideas?
