As Carprog clone production spreads like wildfire, i decided to make a little guide to make some things little less confusing about Carprog.

1. The most important thing about Carprog is a .lib  file, which is easiest to describe as LICENCE FILE.
    That file is unique for every Carprog device(Original), and it's made to match content in ATMEGA processor inside 
    Carprog device.

2. ATMEGA processor content(dump) is also important because if you have .lib file and sowtware 4.74 and you              try to use your 10 Euro  4.1 Carprog, it won't work. :)

3. There are three known working clone versions of Carprog:

    -4.01 with 081105CAR001773I.lib  The very first clone, but it was pretty functional in his time  

    -4.74 with 201213CAR000ME61.lib  More stable and updated version, but didn't have online features 

    -8.21 with various .lib files                The newest version with some online features. There is a file inside                   Carprog directory that simulates server which gives the authorisation to execute the operation.

4. First two versions have a counter inside that do a countdown of the operations. Numbers vary from version to          version,but when it reaches zero, you need to reprogram ATMEGA processor(i will make a video about it in a few      days) 


CONCLUSION 

The best for you is to buy a reworked clone from reliable seller.(im not reliable nor a seller :) ) 
because you will get top quality hardware and support.       

If you don't know any reliable seller, ask someone who knows.

If you can't do any of this things, you can try your luck by buying 8.21 or buy the cheapest one and reprogram it to 8.21 version. 

I hope this helps for members who have doubts about this decent tool.

i write mod file on ecu, But now the MIL blinks without DTC,

Can someone please check this DPF off file? I made it with ADS DPF REMOVER using EDC16 C31 35 type 2 option because type 1 did not found all the switches, but the problem is that car is far from me, and i want to be sure that is ok.
