The car is 203.045 and the customer is playing with Vediamo and now the ecu is reading but the access is limited, only fault codes and ecu id. I write new virgin flash, but still only fault codes in diagnostic tools and i can't make initial startup. What must to do now?

I played a bit with BMW edc17 Fxx and it turns out that you can do a virgin ecu ready to enter isn via obd enet cable and make car run (100% solution)

Same story with cas 4 4+ you can read write egs isn ,change vin,and some more evrything by obd
B4 dflash must be read from the cas nothing write then you can take some data to unlock cas by obd and play with vin isn and some more

I have 2007 lexus GS350 with SRS light on 
error B1797 tried to do zero calibration with the latest toyota techstream 
no success tired with launch same result
calibration result : failed 
is there any emulator or some other solution to fix that problem
without replacing lower part of a passenger seat?

I kindly ask if any good soul can 'settle this file of an ecu marelli 8f3, I should replace the current value of 108,000 and odd I do not remember exactly with the new value of 84.147 km I tried to change it several times but when I enter the diagnosis detects always the old km.
