A bmw e46 320i with a 2.800cc engine mod came to me few days ago.
After the tuning and the engine swap,customer says,some times ,not every day,when starting the car cold,it does some kind of misfiring.
Fault codes related to misfiring and fuel trim

If you turn off ignition,then turn on,problem goes away and car starts fine/works fine.
Car is stock except the m3 exhaust from the headers.SHould be around 200hp.

Garage says they have been searching for the problem for 8 months now.

I believe something is wrong with the tune or the maps.

If anyone can help or check the files,he will be paid of course.!

car does not start, no fuel in the injectors, they have everything checked, it remains only the ECU, the pcb is good, no components burns, I wanted to make a power supply to the ECU..
I use pinout galletto for to determine  wiring + 12V and GND..when I plug 12v in  pin E3 my power supply  indicates a short circuit..and when I  unplugg it everything is fine ..I can even read \ write the flash(without pin E3) .... I want to know that it is normal to have this short circuit? !! ..
the resistance between the pin E3 and the GND is about 300 hom

In this model year Voyager have mileage data in Bcm, im right? Inside is HC912B32 or 9S12dg256?
I ask because must make mileage corection on board (FVDI goes to repair), i now B32 algo but dg256 no.
