Press 'Activate'.
Scan the QR code with the authenticator app from your phone and you have set the authenticator  to give you the codes to login in your ADS Forum account.
Do not remove the app or lose your phone before deactivating 2FA again.
Please make a picture of your QR code and save it in a safe place,just to have the backup in case your phone get fooked . If you don't do so, you will need to notify the admins of that and you will have your account DELETED,so you can make another NEW one with same username.

Tutorial to use:

Log in with correct credentials.
