I gone start first one.
2005 - 2009 Ford Focus, C-max - Intermittent not start, sometimes limp mode, no exact faults apart from CAN related faults in nearly all modules.

Solution:
Instrument cluster malfunction due to bad solder on PCB connector pins.

Remedy: Remove instrument cluster completely and re solder connector pins on PCB.
