Hi!
Can somebody provide me a schematic or any info about the fuel pressure regulator on this car:
Fiat Doblo 1.3 multijet 2007 my.
engine code: 223A9

I have trouble with this car about the fuel pressure regulator stuff.
I've have always extremely high fuel pressure, on idling over 1000 bar sometime 1700 bar and car shut down.

The fuel pressure sensor is ok, checked and interchanged with good one.
The fuel pressure regulator also good, checked and interchanged with good one.
The HP also good, checked by specialist.

When I crank the car the pressure rise extremely high, around 1700 bar and the ecu shutdown the car.

I connected a fuel pressure regulator controller to the FPR and controlled the pressure manually until the engine was running.
The ecu recognized the lower pressure ( around 350-400 bar what I set up manually ) and the engine was running fine.

When I checked with oscilloscope the signal on the FPR until the engine is running I got some sort of pwm signal around 200Hz 
which start to reduce the duty cycle but not far enough to regulate the fuel pressure and it still remain high.

I have no short or any other problem in the wiring.

Can somebody give some idea what could be the problem?
I suspicious does the ecu is somehow bad.

But if the ecu FPR output is bad, how does the signal on the scope is stable and nice?

It seems the ecu won't manage correctly the FPR in the vector of the fuel pressure rising and needed fuel pressure.

Is the FPR ground switchend in this ecu from this car?
Does the positive 12v are delivered constantly through the ecu to the FPR?
Should the signal pattern be clean square wave or is it tolerated to have the inductive kick back curve in the signal?

The measurements was take with the scope respect to battery ground.

One of the picture is showing when the engine is not running but ignition is on and the second picture is showing
when the car is running.

If the spikes are not allowed (what I assume they are not allowed) then I assume the output stage of the ecu is bad.
Or maybe I'm wrong?

Any idea I would really appreciate.

Who need it here is passthru drivers for BMW ISTA

1. Run BMW PassthruD in Administrator(Important!!!)


2. Choose the J2534 device you want and save it


3. COPY all file from  C:\Program files (x86)\BMW AG\PassThruD to C:\EDIABAS\BIN (default) EXCEPT EDIBAS.INI

4.Open EDIABAS.INI in notepad

5. Edit configuration interface = STD:passthrud  and save it!

6. Launch ISTA/D and move to Configuration -> Interface

7. Select EDIABAS.INI and apply it.

Installation:

The directories are compiled in the form of installers - self-extracting RAR archives.

We just run the exe file, specify a different installation path if desired, and wait for the unpacking to finish.

To install on Windows 7 and Windows 10, the exe file must be run as administrator (even if you have local administrator rights).

After installation, the "Mitsubish ASA (region)" shortcut appears on the desktop. Launch by clicking on the shortcut.

The installer will copy the ASAMAIN.ini file to the C: \ Windows folder. This needs to be checked. If the user in the system lacks the necessary rights, copying will not occur. You will need to do this manually (the ASAMAIN.ini file will be located in the folder into which the ASA was unpacked).
