Hello guys,

The history is as follow...

that car come to my workshop to do change of EPS rack. Customer give us EPS to replace and we did the job.

After replace EPS, Steering Electronics, ABS, Airbag with errors. All related to G85. I tried do Adaptation and basic setting and not was possible because steering angle is always in 819 degrees. 

I was reading about some G85 and say that if steering wheel rotate more than 540 degrees (1.5 steering wheel turns, i am thinking that my worker did that), G85 out of measure windows and it lock immediatly.

I saw that many G85 have 95080 and could be solved, but this not have such Eeprom, 
and have NEC 70f4000 without external eeprom.

Someone had similar problem before and can help me?

I have a problem with a 2015 Isuzu heavy truck with EDC17CV41 ecu.

The original ecu was damped in water and died. Could not make original reading. I don´t know which SW version the original ecu had...

Bought a second hand ecu from a same year Isuzu and same ECU Isuzu part number. made IMMO, SCR, DPF and SCR off. Truck is working but battery light is on and alternator is not charging the batteries. Alternator is good and batteries are good also. Before original ecu fried there was any problems with ECU.

Hi, People I have strange problem with Astra H , The Customer arrive with two CIM Modules from another place.
The Immo was blink On dash ... One Of them normal programming ,another one Is Dead.
All the things I tested , Normally Reset CIM, IPC ....etc Program again .After all reseted and programmed No Error Massages ON DIAGNOSTIC and
Immo lamp Is Off On dash
But Car Not Start. Same with my CIM For testing Purposes.Only Thing I do Not Understand is this ,and please if someone can help me... This (TU) thing on live data NOT OK and Not Programmed .What is that ???

Hello, have opel 2.0 dti with psg5
Was bad transistor, after replacing it with irlr2905 still receive fault p1630-A when try to start car . 
Can be bad repair of transistor ? Or it have other faults ?
