I have a radio in a 2012 dodge ram the serial is T00BE182156818.  It is requesting the unlock code and will not let the vehicle start.  it was running before we had to change the head gasket.  If anyone can send me the code or an unlocker it would be greatly appreciated

I'am tired of chinese tools like PCMtuner Kt200 or Fetrotech ect...

I was thinking about Dfox, Flex, Autotuner and others. I can buy only one device. Kess3 has to expensive updates for me (Swiftec update costs less then Kess3)

I need tool to read/write eeprom, flash ect. to clone ECU becuse sometimes I have to change damaged ECU (crashed cars).

Flex has green and red(payable) tokens but costs less.
Dfox ... ?
Autotuner... ?
